When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note: during launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
If your order is urgent, please reach out — we’ll always do our best to help. And if you’re based in Sydney, NSW, contact us and we’ll see what we can do to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes — we ship Australia-wide. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.

What if an item sells out?
Many of our pieces are released in limited quantities. Once something is gone, restocks may not always be guaranteed — so if you love it, don’t wait too long.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. Once your return is approved, you may choose between a:
- Full refund
- Exchange
- Store credit note
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- All original tags must still be attached
- Garments and accessories must be unworn, unused, and in brand new condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing packaging/tags.
